Refund and Cancellation Policy
We do not provide refunds once services have been delivered. If you believe our work falls short of the agreed standards, you may request a project review:
- Submit a detailed description of the issues you’ve encountered, along with any supporting documentation (e.g., error logs or screenshots).
- Our team will evaluate your request and respond within five business days.
- If the issues resulted from our error, we will correct them at no additional cost.
- If the cause lies outside our control or is due to client actions, we will offer guidance but no refund will be issued.
Cancellations
You may cancel your project at any time by sending written notice to our team. Refund eligibility depends on the project’s stage at the time of cancellation:
- Project Not Yet Started
- You may receive a partial refund of deposits or advance payments, after deducting any costs incurred in preparation.
- The exact refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Project Underway
- No refund is available.
- All fees paid for work completed up to the cancellation date are final and non-refundable.
- Project Completed
- No refund will be issued.
